Check out what these New Yorkers thought of Governors Island! Here are some stories of people who have recently come out to Governors Island.

Visitors stumbled on various activities like the Jazz Age Lawn Party and FIGMENT preforming arts festival, and others just came to celebrate their birthday.

So please come out this weekend, and if you blog about your visit let us know! This weekend will be the opening of the Creative Time quadrennial (which will be up for the rest of the summer), and you can check out other future events on our calendar page (which is continually being updated as new events are posted).
