Crimson Hammock Awards: Best Video By/About One of Our Excellent Programming Partners

Our first installment of the Crimson Hammocks was edifying and entertaining, but the next two categories (Program Partners and Home Movies)  really get to the heart of what what summers on Governors Island are all about. Over the past several years, Governors Island has become a haven for participatory art, experiential play and hands-on ecology and history. In other words, dear visitor, it’s all about you. You make the fun. The videos nominated in this next category showcase the talents of the good folks who bring fun, participatory events and programs to the Island, either by their own work, or through the eyes of participant/spectators. Which one do you like best? Let us know!
