Our final view of Governors Island looks north across the rooftops of Nolan Park. At the end of the row, you can see a new roof being added to Building 20-constructed in 1902. This spring, Building 20 will receive yet another new roof along with all its neighbors is Nolan Park.

Thanks for the picture.
The building that is supposedly the Woolworth Building is actually The Trump Building and blocks the view of the Woolworth Building.
Originally known as the Bank of Manhattan Trust Building and later by its address of 40 Wall St. it took over the title of the World’s Tallest Building from the Woolworth Building and held the title for about a month.
The tall building to the right is 70 Pine St. but I’m not sure if it’s possible anymore to get a view of the building where its height can be appreciated.
